Regional Human Rights Commission (RHRC)

The Regional Human Rights Commission (RHRC) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in the Philippines is a statutory agency created under Section 16 of Republic Act 9054 (2001) and operationalized by the ARMM Human Rights Commission Charter of 2012 (Muslim Mindanao Act 288). It is mandated to perform within the autonomous region, the functions of the Commission on Human Rights of the central government.Decisions of the Commission may be appealed to the Court of Appeals on questions of law
